Dee's cheesecakes are phenomenal and make you remember the taste long after you have eaten them. Two weeks ago I had one of her blueberry delites and just after the first bite my mood changed in the most positive way...The unique taste and texture is different from any other in the market. Yesterday I had a classic strawberry cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory and following Dee's home-baked version, it tasted fake and plastic.

Cheesecake by Dee: That's something NOT to be missed. Smooth, dense, perfectly creamy. We tried the cherry cheesecake and it was truly delicious. So good that I wanted to eat the whole thing. Coming from Europe, we where eager to taste a real "New York cheesecake." So we basically went to many different places to find "the one". After several trials, we had the pure pleasure to taste Dee`s classic cheesecake with cherry topping and guess what? It really made our day! It was honestly the best; rich in taste-but still very light, fluffy and not to sweet, which is an awesome combination.
Dee`s cheesecake was one of the "culinary highlight`s" we had in NY!

There are no words to express how delicious Dee's cheesecake is. In a city famous for cheesecake and tons of people trying to claim the best, Dee's cake truly stands out. I had the peach cheesecake, and it gives Junior's a run for it's money (though at this point Junior has yet to cross the finish line!). Seriously no joke, the best and lightest and fluffiest cheesecake I've ever had. Just. Eat. It. Then you'll understand my enthusiasm.

Dee's cherry cheesecake is truly the BEST! So light and tasty, so delicate in flavor. Mmmmm!!!

As The Guinea Pig Group Event Planning Team, we enjoyed an amazing late saturday brunch party with Dee's cheesecakes. Every pie was designed in such brilliant combination of fresh flavors that we could not stop asking for more. Our team felt Dee was a true master in balancing a home-made taste with a sophisticated pairing expertise of fresh fruit and chocolate flavors. When asked, Dee told us that her secret was her years of experimenting and carefully picking the most popular combos.. Really looking forward to the day Dee's Delite will become a landmark like Magnolia's, so we can live on her cheesecakes every single day!!

I am not saying this because you, Dee, are my good friend and I love you to pieces but your cheesecake - I had the signature cherry one - is truly and utterly the best cheesecake I have had in my life. It is light but rich in taste and eating it together with the creator of it was a sensational experience. now that I am thinking & speaking about it, I wanna have some! num num!

We tried the cherry cheesecake...God it was really too good to be true! Now as we don't want to indulge ourselves much we are trying to create excuses to order other flavors.

Before we came to NYC, we saw Dee's cheesecakes on the web and they looked very delicious:) But, yesterday we had a chance to have a real personal experience with the cheesecake:)) I want to say, Oh My God:)) They are exactly what they promise:) all the taste and pleasure, it was so real and so heavenly:)) But now, we cannot go to our favorite cafe to eat cheesecake, because WE NOW KNOW WHO MAKES THE BEST CHEESECAKES EVER:))) Thanks Dee, for the real pleasure:))

love your cheesecake, each bite was better than the last. My personal favorite was the cherry cheesecake, wish i had some right now!! Sandra's couldn't decide wether the lemon or the coffee one was her favorite.. We definitely can't wait to eat it at your cafe!!!

i LOVE your cheesecake, it's not heavy (like so many other cheesecakes which are too dense), the texture is smooth,the graham cracker crust is a perfect compliment to the cheesecake filling, and the cheese flavor is subtle. MMMMM i am tasting it right now in my imagination!!! - Megs
